I live in the low desert near Palm Springs with my husband, Allyn, and our Scottish Terrier, Harley. We have two adult children.

In 2002, I signed up for a bear making class. I had no idea teddy bear making would become so important to me. I never intended to sell my bears but... After I began designing my own patterns, and with great encouragement from family and friends, Nancy Tillberg designed a website for me and I was on my way.

I love to see the bear's personality develop as I work on it and I'm finally able to see "my style" developing.

I’m constantly working to perfect my skills and learn new techniques. I look forward to designing bears for years to come.
