I started on this bear making adventure after visiting the teddy bear fair at Hatfield House in Hertfordshire. Excited by the immense range of fabrics on offer I just had to buy some, I also purchased a pattern and my first rather sorry creation emerged! Once finished I had this incredible urge to start another and so it went on.

Now countlesss bears later, I have put my bears on sale on this my new website. I supply The Bear Garden in Guildford and Kingston upon Thames, No.9 Paws for Thought, Steep Hill, Lincoln and hope to add a few more shops to my list of suppliers.

The chapel, where the bears are made and myself and my four children live, was renovated approximately 5 years ago and provides us with wonderful living accommodation a great garden for the kids to play in, but best of all a purpose built workshop for ME! I used to hide in there (with my bears) but now, I am afraid it is the first place that everyone looks for me!
