Anna Made Teddy Bears by Anna Klein

Anna Made Teddy Bears is a family run business owned by Anna Klein and managed by Reita and Anna Klein, a mother/daughter team. Anna Klein has been making teddy bears since October 1998 and designing her own patterns since November of 1999. She is a self taught artist and takes pride in producing unique bears with great attention to detail. She feels too many bears in today's collector market are mass produced, and strives to give each of her bears a special personality. These bears range in size from 7" to 22" and are made from a variety of materials. She works with mohair, plush, and real fur (mostly real fur) and is constantly trying new patterns and creating fresh series. Anna Made teddies are sold at the Anna Made Teddy Bear shop and through this website. Due to increased demand, Anna no longer has time to attend craft fairs and teddy bear shows.
As of February 15, 2004, Anna has taken on an assistant in her business, Rebekah Cawley, who will be helping her with cutting, stitching, stuffing, and so forth, allowing Anna more time to spend on teddy bear faces. Also, the team will be able to turn out considerably more bears!

Anna's other interests include writing (novels), fashion (altering pre-owned clothing), and caring for her dogs (Newfie: Hugo; Pomeranion: Jymp).
